Our history
We come from families in which none of the parents ran their own business. So when we started fulfilling our dreams of building our own companies, we did not have any connections or experiences of relatives on whom we could resist. What is more, we did not have the capital to grow the company. The only thing we had was a head full of ideas and we had no knowledge of any market realities!

And yet, from a complete zero, with no connections, initial capital, EU subsidies, we have built prosperous businesses in the real estate and education industry!

Our success did not happen overnight. Of course, we made a lot of mistakes along the way – periodically losing a lot of money, messing up more than one business project including one company from the IT industry. At some point, we were facing potential bankruptcy in less than three months. Some mistakes were made more than once. These are some hard lessons we learned on our own skin. In retrospect, we can say that we have succeeded thanks to our determination, consistency, learning the realities and market dependencies, constant searching for productivity and fighting against bad habits. Business is an intellectual sport, in which the winners are those who know the needs of their clients best and are able to effectively satisfy them.

Building two companies which aim was to deal with the real estate trading was an essential element for developing our business competencies. Initially, many projects failed due to the lack of adequate financing, but step by step we learned how to demonstrate an adequate business value to our potential investors. We have consistently built trust through the growing portfolio of notarial deeds and competitive rates of return on investment. We have also learned how to synchronise several investment projects at the same time.
The company was created seven years ago. Nowadays, we work not only with business owners from all around Poland but also with entrepreneurs from Great Britain, Ireland, France, Germany, Scandinavia, Luxembourg, Spain and even from Mauritius. Ann is a speaker not only at conferences organised in Poland but also at conferences organised abroad.

Over the last 5 years, we have consulted or cooperated with over 200 business owners while building market strategies or auditing finances. The cost of cooperation with us is usually paid off in less than a year on average (from 3 to 18 months depending on the type of business, goals, and opportunities to engage business owners in the implementation jointly built solutions). In the last three years, we have written three business books. The fourth book will be released soon.

Two years ago we have established our foundation under which the initiative called Firma jest Kobietą (The Company is a Woman) was born. This initiative is dedicated for women who are beginners in business. On our conferences, seminars, workshops, and webinars, we share with them some fundamental knowledge and business skills enabling them to achieve business success. In this way, we've built a few thousand-strong committed community of entrepreneurs from scratch.
Our understandings of money, market rights, and dependencies, marketing and sales are constantly evolving. When we are looking at the last 10 years and what we have built from nothing, we cannot wait to see what will happen in the next 10 years. At the same time, apart from our business activities, we are a happy marriage with two school-age children.

Why are we doing this? Because we both want to have the right to self-determination, independence, freedom of choice, the ability to help others and pursue our own dreams!
